2 x whole dover sole, approximately 350g each with the skin removed

50g Spanish salted anchovies

75g Quicke’s Whey Butter

1x large Banana Shallot

3x bay leaves

1x dessert spoon of black peppercorns

500g new potatoes

75g wild garlic butter

1x lemon, zested and juiced

Small bunch parsley
